Shipping Times & Policy

Many of our items are made to order and from various suppliers, therefore shipping times vary depending upon destination and item. We ship globally but please be aware that some items will arrive sooner than others even if ordered at the same time.

Delivery timelines:

• US: 3-11 business days
• UK: 2-4 business days
• EU: 2-11 business days
• Standard International: 3-17 business days

Returns Policy

Our store accepts returns, please read the policy below thoroughly before purchasing.

Preorder items

Preorder items are made-to-order and therefore non-refundable once production has started. Cancellations are only accepted within 14 days of purchase or before production begins.

All other items

Cancellation window:

As an online purchase, customers have the legal right to cancel their order within 14 days of receiving the goods, no reason needed. Returns will not be accepted after the 14 day period has passed. Customers must return the products within 14 days of informing us of your intention to return.

Faulty products

If goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose customers may request a full refund within 30 days of receipt. Fit for purpose does not include ordering the wrong size. After 30 days and up to 6 months, we will offer repair or replacement for faulty goods. Customers must provide photo/video proof of the item being faulty upon delivery. Any item that is proven to have been delivered in an acceptable quality will not be accepted for return, repair or replacement.

How to process a return

• Use the contact form on this website to inform us of your wish to return. Please include your full name, address and order number.
• Send back the item (unused, and in original packaging whenever possible) to the address provided within 14 days of notifying us.
• If an item is simply unwanted and returned within the cancellation window, customers are responsible for return shipping.
• For faulty items, we will cover the shipping.

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of either receiving the returned item or receiving proof that it has been returned.
